AI systems architecture for owner-led businesses

You’re drowning in loose ends.Your business staysafloat becauseyou’re the life raft.

Selle Logic makes the workflow seaworthy, then builds AI systems that capture requests, guide decisions, and keep work moving without you in the middle.

“We all have AI now. Why am I still answering every question, chasing every follow-up, and holding the business together?”
Where work gets stuck

When too many little things feel like bailing water.

It’s the request that stayed in a text. The wrong version that made it to the client. The follow-up that existed only in someone’s head.

Move beyond AI chat. Selle designs AI systems that capture requests, guide decisions, and keep work moving without the owner in the middle.

01 / INTAKE

“Did that request die
in a text or call?”

Give incoming work a home before it turns into a memory test.

02 / STATE

“Are we working from the right version?”

Separate a soft idea from a committed decision before the cost of being wrong rises.

03 / NEXT STEP

“Who owns what
happens now?”

Make the next action obvious, reversible when it should be, and hard to miss.

The method

Make the work flow smarter.

We map the decisions and handoffs, build a system your team can use, then add AI where it removes busywork, improves ownership, and speeds things up—reliably.

01

Map the stages

Intake → triage → working set → done. Name who acts at each point.

02

Make the next decision clear

Decide what moves forward, what waits, and what is finished.

03

Give each team the right view

Field and office work from one shared system, with each person seeing what they need.

04

Accelerate the right work with AI

Once the workflow is clear, use AI to speed up repeatable tasks while people remain in charge of important decisions.

05

Ship a working system

Launch one useful workflow, put it in the team’s hands, and refine it from real use.

Where Selle Logic fits

Where work keeps finding its way back to the owner.

We fix the workflow first, then add AI where it can carry meaningful work across people, tools, and locations.

Intake

Requests arrive everywhere

Bring texts, calls, forms, and email into one clear path with an owner.

Often seen in healthcare, accounting, and real estate.

Handoffs

Work disappears between people

Make every transfer visible, with the context and next step attached.

Often seen in construction, manufacturing, and advisory.

Field → office

The field and office lose sync

Capture updates where work happens and route them to the right desk.

Often seen in construction, property management, and manufacturing.

Decisions

Every answer waits on the owner

Turn repeatable judgment into clear rules so the team can keep moving.

Often seen in advisory, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Follow-up

Progress depends on someone chasing it

Automate reminders, status updates, and routine coordination.

Often seen in real estate, vacation rental, and healthcare.

AI fit

AI has no useful job yet

Find the workflow where AI can take on real work without creating new risk.

Often seen in construction, real estate, and accounting.

Build for handoff

A business that can move without you.

Your experience should not be the only place the business knows how to run. Selle captures the rules behind one critical workflow, gives AI a useful job inside it, and puts a person in charge of the final decision.

The result is work that is easier to run today—and easier to hand to a manager, partner, buyer, or successor later.

01

Capture what only you know

Turn recurring decisions, exceptions, and next steps into clear operating rules.

02

Give AI a useful job

Let AI sort requests, prepare drafts, find missing information, and keep routine work moving.

03

Hand it to the team

Name an owner, create a simple runbook, and make results visible without constant check-ins.

The rule:

AI can prepare the work. A person approves what goes out.Knowledge stays within the company workflow.

Start with one workflow that still depends on you.

A few honest answers

Smart systems start with the right limits.

What kinds of problems are a good fit?

Recurring work that repeatedly comes back to the owner: scattered requests, fragile handoffs, missing follow-up, status chasing, or decisions that only one person knows how to make. The best starting point is one important workflow that happens often enough to improve and measure.

How do we know AI is the right tool?

We don’t assume it is. First we separate the workflow problem from the technology. The right answer may be a clearer rule, a better handoff, a connection between existing tools, or an AI-assisted step. AI earns a place only when it can take on useful work without adding unnecessary risk.

Do we need to replace our software?

Usually, no. We begin with the tools your team already uses and find the stage that is stalling. New software is recommended or built only when it solves a specific gap that the current setup cannot.

Does our team need to be technical?

No. We need the owner, the person closest to the work, and a small group who will actually use the system. Selle handles the system design and implementation, then leaves the team with clear ownership, training, and documentation.

How is our business information handled?

Access is limited to what the chosen workflow requires. We define what information the system can use, where it belongs, and which decisions still require a person. The goal is to keep company knowledge inside a clear, owned workflow rather than scattered across personal inboxes and memory.

How soon will we see something useful?

The two-week Workflow Blueprint produces a clear recommendation and next-step plan. Three-month engagements move from mapping into prototypes, testing, and a working system, with the team reviewing progress along the way.

What does an engagement cost?

The Workflow Blueprint is $2,200 fixed. The Focused Systems Partner engagement is $4,000 per month for three months, and the Embedded Systems Partner engagement is $7,500 per month for three months. The Blueprint fee is credited toward a three-month engagement started within 14 days.

What happens in the first conversation?

You leave knowing which stage is stalling, what is reversible, and whether the next move is a rule, a thin tool, or waiting on a bigger purchase. If there is no useful fit, we’ll say so.

Start with one working session

Where does work stall in your business?

Bring the request that keeps resurfacing, the handoff that lives in texts, or the software nobody wants to open. Show us where the patch fails. We’ll find where work slows down and name the next move.
